Introducing the Next Level of Brain Care at One Living Clinic
What’s the Problem?
Your brain runs everything. It helps you think, remember, sleep, handle stress, and feel like yourself. But life can wear it down.
Stress, poor sleep, mold or toxin exposure, hormone shifts, past head injuries, and long COVID can all leave your brain tired and running on low power. Many people are told their labs look “normal,” yet they still don’t feel right.
Do You Have It?
Ask yourself if any of these sound familiar:
- Brain fog or trouble finding words
- Poor focus or a short attention span
- Forgetting things more than you used to
- Low mood, anxiety, or feeling “wired and tired”
- Trouble sleeping or waking up unrested
- Slow recovery after a concussion or head injury
- Headaches that keep coming back
- Feeling mentally drained by mid-afternoon
If you checked even a few of these, your brain may be asking for more support. The good news is that there are gentle, non-invasive ways to help.
How We Can Help: Transcranial Laser Therapy
At One Living, we are excited to offer transcranial laser therapy using the WeberBrain® Pro laser helmet from Weber Medical in Germany. This is the professional, clinic-grade version of the helmet.
This therapy is also called transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM). That’s a big name for a simple idea: specific wavelengths of red and infrared light pass gently through the scalp to support your brain cells.
What makes WeberBrain® Pro different?
- Real lasers, not LEDs. It uses 684 high-performance laser diodes, three times more than the home version, for focused, precise light.
- Three research-backed wavelengths: 680 nm, 808 nm, and 1064 nm, each reaching a different depth.
- Targeted brain support. The Pro can focus light on specific areas of the brain, so we can tailor each session to your needs.
- “Light Fingers” rest right on the scalp, so light reaches the head even through thick hair.
- Full-head coverage with an even pattern of light.
- Relaxing and painless. Most people feel only a gentle warmth. Sessions are about 20 to 30 minutes.
How does it work?
Think of your brain cells like tiny batteries. Inside each cell are mitochondria, the “power plants” that make energy. Red and near-infrared light helps these power plants work better. When brain cells have more energy, they can do their jobs more easily.

What Does the Research Say?
Brain light therapy has been studied for years, and research is growing fast. A few highlights:
- Focus and memory: A study in Neuroscience (Barrett and Gonzalez-Lima, 2013) found that 1064 nm transcranial laser light improved attention and memory in healthy adults.
- Head injury recovery: Researchers at Boston University (Naeser et al., 2014, Journal of Neurotrauma) saw improvements in thinking, memory, and sleep in people with chronic mild traumatic brain injury.
- Memory and aging: A pilot study (Saltmarche et al., 2017, Photomedicine and Laser Surgery) reported better memory scores and fewer angry outbursts in people with dementia.
- Mood support: Studies by Schiffer (2009) and Cassano (2018) showed promising results for low mood with near-infrared light to the forehead.
- Big picture: A large review (Salehpour et al., 2018, Molecular Neurobiology) found that brain light therapy supports cell energy, blood flow, and healthy inflammation balance.
Take It Further: A Plan Built Just for You
At One Living, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Light therapy works even better when your whole body is supported. That’s why we can pair it with:
Exosomes
Exosomes are tiny messengers that cells use to “talk” to each other. They carry signals that support repair and healthy inflammation balance. Pairing exosomes with light therapy may help give your brain both the energy and the signals it needs to recover. Learn more about our regenerative medicine options and peptide therapy.
Customized IV Therapy
Your brain needs the right nutrients to make energy. Our medical IV therapy is designed around your labs and goals. Options may include NAD+, glutathione, B vitamins, magnesium, and phosphatidylcholine to feed your brain from the inside out.
Nootropics
Nootropics are brain-supporting nutrients and compounds. Think of options like lion’s mane, citicoline, omega-3s, or targeted peptides. We choose these based on your genetics, labs, and symptoms, not guesswork.
Finding the Root Cause
We also look deeper with functional medicine testing, genetic and epigenetic insights, and Autonomic Response Testing. For some patients, neural therapy can help calm an overloaded nervous system, too.
Who Is a Good Fit?
Transcranial laser therapy may be a good fit if you want support for:
- Mental clarity and focus
- Memory and healthy brain aging
- Recovery after concussion or head injury
- Mood, stress, and sleep
- Brain fog from mold, toxins, long COVID, or hormone changes
Safety note: This therapy is not used for people with a known brain aneurysm or a tumor in the treatment area. Let us know if you are light sensitive or take medications that cause light sensitivity. We will review your health history before starting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt?
No. Most people feel a gentle warmth and find it very relaxing.
How long is a session?
About 20 to 30 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. We’ll build a plan just for you.
Can I use a helmet at home?
Yes. For some patients, an at-home WeberBrain® Home device can be a great way to keep up progress between visits. Ask us if it’s right for you.
